Charging Through Challenges: Josh’s Dynamic Run at the Walter Hayes Trophy 2023
On Saturday, Josh kicked off with a stellar performance, clinching 4th place and racing to an impressive 2nd place finish, all while navigating through the rain with finesse. Come Sunday, in the semi-finals, he maintained that strength, starting in 4th and battled with clutch issues that nearly cost him a spot in the finals.
In the finals, he faced a daunting task: starting from the back of the pack, he surged from 34th to an astonishing 6th place. But fate had other plans—his race ended prematurely when a collision left his car damaged, placing him at 27th overall.
Yet, every cloud has a silver lining. This weekend was a fantastic journey filled with lessons and growth. Heading home, our hearts are full of pride and satisfaction. A massive shout-out to Kevin Mills Racing for their unwavering support and to every fan who’s been with us every step of the way.
